Meet JD! Team Owner for The Genuine Group. JD is a Utah native and grew up in St. George. He enjoys hanging out with his Wife, Dog, (Soon to be another Puppy), and Cat. He loves skateboarding, golfing, and playing video games in his free time. He's passionate about building businesses, nurturing relationships, and creating opportunities for his people. He's the kind of person that will go to bat for you, give you the benefit of the doubt, and sees the good in people.

JD’s #1 Goal is to create a truly Genuine Experience for all of your home buying, selling, investing, and building needs. JD’s background started in New Construction and he’s a General Contractor himself. JD loves the St. George area and can’t wait to continue seeing the growth that the community is undertaking.

JD created The Genuine Group for a few reasons. The first reason is that he believes in the mindset of abundance. There are enough pieces of the pie to go around and he felt like sharing the knowledge he has gained in the last 7 years of real estate he's accomplished. Secondly, JD realized that there was a need for a strong, tech-powered real estate team, that's driven by culture, hard work, and not taking themselves too seriously. His goal was to create a foundation for real estate agents to be able to come aboard and know that they'll have the support, training, and systems to be able to cover them while they focus purely on creating a genuine experience with their clients. His goal is to make sure the average agent has an identity and is able to create a long term business with life long relationships. Lastly, JD understood that for you to truly make a lasting impression on someone, you need to be your true, elevated self. He wanted to teach new and old Realtors alike that you don't need to change the person you are to be good at what you do. You just need to be truly genuine in who you are and find your superpower. That is the goal of The Genuine Group.
