Before real estate, JD’s background was in new construction, and he’s also a General Contractor, which gives him an extra edge when it comes to evaluating homes, spotting value, and guiding clients through building and buying decisions with confidence. Outside of work, JD loves spending time with his wife, their two HUGE Newfoundland dogs, and their cat. He’s also an avid poker player and a big car guy, and he’s happiest when he’s with friends and family.
