Meet Koby Smothers, originally from Springville, Utah!. His journey has led him through different landscapes, from Frisco, Colorado, to Mesquite, Nevada, finally finding his place in the welcoming community of St. George in 2019. Each of these places has contributed to his unique perspective on life.

From a young age, Koby was part of a lively household as the second of five siblings. Homeschooling during his middle and high school years offered him a unique educational and social experience, fostering a strong bond with his family. This background also allowed him to explore and develop a range of interests. Koby initially pursued business administration and accounting in college but soon realized his true passions lie within helping people with one of the biggest purchases of their lives, Real Estate. 

Koby enjoys simple pleasures like indulging in his favorite comfort foods – burgers, pepperoni pizza, and mac and cheese. He’s also deeply passionate about music, playing the guitar and piano, and enjoys listening to a variety of artists, from the energetic Switchfoot to the soulful Radiohead. As a baseball fan and video game enthusiast, he finds joy in both outdoor activities and digital adventures.

Koby considers his greatest strength to be his superpower of adaptability. This trait has been a cornerstone of his life, helping him seamlessly transition through various phases and environments. Whether adjusting to new communities, changing career paths, or engaging with all types of people, his ability to adapt has been key.
